Services are $80/hour for both in-home and standard remote sessions, billed by the minute. A 30-minute quick remote session is $40. There's also a free 15-minute consultation call to discuss your needs before booking. If we finish early, you pay less — you only pay for time actually used.

If something requires a special part, vendor support, or is outside my expertise, I'll tell you early and help you understand the best path forward. You won't be charged for time spent on something I can't resolve, and I'll always give you a clear recommendation for next steps.

Your privacy matters. If we need to sign into accounts, you can type your passwords yourself while I guide you. I do not store your passwords or keep copies of personal information. You stay in control of your accounts at all times.

For remote sessions, I'll send you a simple link to click that lets me see your screen (with your permission). I'll guide you through everything step by step, and you can end the session at any time. It's like having me right there, just through your computer.

I help with Windows and Mac computers, tablets, smartphones, printers, scanners, Wi-Fi routers, and most home technology. If you're not sure whether I can help with something specific, just ask during the free consultation call.

I typically respond to inquiries within a few hours and can often schedule appointments within a day or two. For urgent situations, let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate.

Yes! Many clients book regular check-ins to keep their devices running smoothly and address new questions as they come up. After your first visit, you're always welcome to reach out with quick questions or book follow-up sessions.

I accept cash, check, and all major credit cards. Payment is collected at the end of each session.

I'm happy to help clients beyond Banks, Forest Grove, Hillsboro, and the immediate Washington County area. For in-home visits further out, we can discuss the details during your free consultation call — I just factor in travel time when scheduling. Remote sessions are available anywhere, of course!
